Unlike coloured or black umbrellas, clear umbrellas allow natural light to pass through while still protecting you from the rain.
They also allow us to photograph your expressions without large blocks of colour obscuring your faces.
From a photography perspective, they're by far the most beautiful option.
Fortunately, they're also incredibly affordable and easy to find at stores like Kmart, Daiso and similar retailers.
Our advice?
Purchase enough for yourselves, your wedding party and anyone joining you for portraits.
If the forecast changes and they go unused, many retailers will accept returns provided they're still in their original condition.
